Ltd. operates its pay-per-call and lead generation network with the expectation that advertisers, publishers and call center partners comply with applicable telecommunications, consumer protection and data protection laws in the jurisdictions where their campaigns operate.

2. Consent Requirements

Publishers are responsible for obtaining any consent required by applicable law before generating a call or lead — including, where applicable, express consent to be contacted by telephone.

3. Do-Not-Call and Suppression

Campaigns must respect applicable Do-Not-Call registries and suppression requirements in the jurisdiction where the campaign operates. Partners are expected to maintain their own compliance with these obligations.

4. Call Recording Disclosure

Where calls are recorded for quality assurance or dispute-resolution purposes, appropriate disclosure is provided in accordance with applicable law.

5. Advertiser Compliance Obligations

• Ensure offers and destinations comply with applicable advertising regulations.
• Maintain accurate licensing or registration where required by the advertiser's industry.
• Promptly report any compliance concerns related to campaign traffic.

6. Publisher Compliance Obligations

• Represent campaigns and offers accurately to end consumers.
• Avoid misleading, incentivized or non-consensual traffic generation methods.
• Cooperate with compliance reviews and provide documentation of consent where requested.

7. Monitoring and Review

Campaign traffic and call quality may be monitored to help identify compliance issues. Partners found to be in violation of applicable law or campaign requirements may have campaigns suspended pending review.

8. Reporting a Concern
